System mats with rubber cleaning inserts (EPDM) embedded in aluminum profiles.
Aluminum mats connected with stainless steel cables.
Designed for entrances with heavy pedestrian traffic, as well as manual transport and shopping carts (height 22 mm and 27 mm).
These facility mats are characterized by high mechanical strength and resistance to moisture, corrosion, and temperature changes.

| Operation and maintenance | CLEAN SYSTEM mats are resistant to:table salt, snow melters, and basic non-chlorine-based chemicals.Cleaning: Roll up the mat, sweep or vacuum the debris, mop the floor, and unroll the mat in the same spot. The mat itself should be vacuumed regularly and periodically wet cleaned using carpet cleaning equipment (extractors). Only chemicals that are non-damaging to rubber and aluminum are permitted.Cleaning frequency: We recommend once every two weeks or more frequently, depending on soiling and the amount of rain and snowfall.Permissible load: 2500 kg/m² for aluminum mats placed in the groove (unlimited load for pedestrians, wheelchairs, lifts, and passenger cars with a maximum weight of 150 kg/wheel or 600 kg for wheelchairs).Proper operation of strip mats depends on their placement in a level groove. The depth tolerance is approximately 2 mm. Uneven flooring under the mat may cause irreversible deformation of the structural profiles. |
