Clean System Standart, Brush insert
A brush-based system mat with cleaning elements in the form of fiber-studded strip brushes containing cleaning material embedded in aluminum support profiles.
These system mats are connected using stainless steel cables.
Designed for entrances with heavy pedestrian traffic and the presence of hand-held transport and shopping carts (heights 22 mm and 27 mm). These indoor mats are characterized by high mechanical strength and resistance to moisture, corrosion, and temperature changes.
Note:
This type of mat is available in aluminum profile heights of 12 mm, 17 mm, and 22 mm. The brush insert protrudes 4–5 mm above the selected aluminum profile height.

| Operation and maintenance | CLEAN SYSTEM mats are resistant to:• table salt• snow melters• basic non-chlorine chemicalsCleaning: Roll up the mat, sweep or vacuum the debris, mop the floor, and unroll the mat in the same spot. The mat itself should be vacuumed regularly and periodically wet cleaned using carpet cleaning equipment (extractors). Only chemicals that do not damage rubber or aluminum are permitted.Cleaning frequency: We recommend once every two weeks or more frequently depending on soiling and the amount of rain and snowfall. Permissible load: 2500 kg/m² for aluminum mats placed in the groove (unlimited load for pedestrians or wheelchairs, wheelchairs, lifts, and passenger cars with a maximum weight of 150 kg/wheel or 600 kg for wheelchairs).Proper operation of the slatted mats depends on their placement in an even groove. The depth tolerance is approximately 2 mm. If the floor under the mat is uneven, this may result in irreversible deformation of the structural profiles. |
